KOLDBORN Hard At Work On New Material

February 9, 2005

Danish death metallers KOLDBORN are currently writing and rehearsing new material, which they plan to record this summer.

According to a posting on the group's web site, the new tracks are "more technical and aggressive than the songs on [the latest EP] 'Devil of All Deals', and we are extremely happy about the progression of the band."

"Devil of All Deals" was recorded and mixed at Borsing Recordings by Jacub "Ilmer" Bredahl and is KOLDBORN's first CD to feature new members Bjørn Bihlet (guitar) and Lars Bjørn-Hansen (vocals). Audio samples from the CD are available at this location.

The group, who split with longtime frontman Martin Leth in early 2003, issued their debut album, "First Enslavement", in October 2002 through Diehard Music.
